WELCOME TO DECEMBER. I have drawn many colourful things. I hope you like boobs and colours. Lots of both in this artpost. Oh yes.|
COLOURS. And some blood and injuries. Oh by the way, there's still time to buy my lovely rubbish from my nice shop<3
So here's Omen again, because it's nice and because doodles
I speedpainted it and discovered to my delight that I have completely forgotten how to paint digitally! :D
This is a gunwhale.
No, I don't know how to draw guns, either. Shut up. No-one else noticed and now I've pointed it out, so now everyone has.
And this is a... uh.
I don't know what this is.
AND NOW! PRESENTS FOR PEOPLE.
This is some derping monsters for Christine.
Luxari (bottom) and Eliza (top). I have no idea what Eliza's feet look like so I made them up :D
And this one is for Jaz
I drew her as a sexy deer lady to cheer her up. Who wouldn't be cheered by a picture of themselves as a sexy deer!
And now, drawings of meeeeee.
I've been on testosterone for 5 weeks. This is what it is like.
roh roh roh
This is Blod and me curled up on Myrrh. BECAUSE I CAN :D
Isn't it nice to colour things in? Yes, yes it is. Here are some more colourful things:
By which I mean, mmmmgmfnghnmhnfghmm<3 problems<3 Nnngh Carlos and Lutur nnnghh ANYWAY
MORE THINGS, look, now it is the BLOOD SECTION, hope you're okay with blood by the way
I have a Salome thing. I did some Salome art a long, long time ago back in 2006 and it was terrible. So I decided to do some more betterer Salome. So here she is, ribbon-dancing with St. John's blood.
And now, speaking of saints, here's my housemate Sebastian as St. Sebastian. She ain't impressed.
Raspberry and cyan are the best combination.
THE END. THAT IS ALL OF THE THINGS.
also adorablest wave comic ever
I want a print of the gunwhale! Ideally as postcards. Would such a thing be possible?
Unfortunately, I can only make prints of images that I produce at-size or at least at a print-ready resolution, and this needs to be planned at the drawing stage, because it affects how much work I put in, the quality of the scan, and what size I save it at. The gunwhale was never intended as a print, so can't be made into one. Sorry!
Oh, hooray, I love *everything* in this artpost! (Although I am a little disappointed that we didn't get a photo of the Mardi Gras toenails.)
It is great to see another picture of Omen. It's hitting a really strong overlap in squick/fascination for me, so thanks for that. :) I think the texture in the skin veil is dead on here - see the photos halfway down this page on tattoo collectors if you haven't already: http://lifeand6months.com/2012/11/01/the-tattoo-collectors-film-fiction/.
Colours! So many colours! I especially like the ones in the testosterone comic and in the picture of you, Blod and Myrrh. There's something wonderfully calm in that picture.
Z said that he really likes the picture of Luxari and that it reminded him of mediaeval or Tibetan art. Seb as St Sebastian is just hilarious. Her face!
Finally, Salome is truly beautiful. Thank you for not having too long a gap between tweeting about the picture and posting it here so I didn't die of anticipation.
Also, if you don't mind doing it, could you add me as a friend on your personal IJ under this account, on whatever filters you're comfortable adding me to, please? I changed my LJ username a while ago (from daisyk) and now my account is associated with a new OpenID account, or however that works. If you want to keep things as they are I understand that too. :)
eeeee. artpost! -flail- I think I love the derping monsters best. *__*

On the subject of the "What?" monster thing, turn them upside-down. Their limbs are perfectly suited for a brachiating arboreal thing. Some sort of toothed tree-deer.
Not sure how well the neck would go for such a life, though, would depend on the supporting muscles. It *could* work really well up in the canopy, chasing gibbons.
